Authentication Methods

Use this activity to select which authentication methods to use for authentication. The three types of authentication methods available to select for the users are as follows:

• Corporate authentication

• Security questions

• Personal contact method: Email and Mobile

Corporate Authentication

Use this activity to authenticate with a mobile device. There are three methods to authenticate using a mobile device.

• Authenticate with Starling Two-Factor Authentication: Use this activity to authenticate Password Manager using Starling Two-Factor Authentication.
• Authenticate with RADIUS Two-Factor Authentication: Use this activity to authenticate Password Manager using a RADIUS server for two-factor authentication.
• Authenticate via Phone: Use this activity to authenticate Password Manager using phone-based authentication.

Security Questions

Use this activity to authenticate with the personal Questions and Answers profile. There are two methods to authenticate using Q&A method.

• Authenticate with Q&A Profile (Random Questions): This method requires users to answer random questions from their Q&A profiles.
• Authenticate with Q&A Profile (Specific questions): This method requires users to answer specific questions from their Q&A profiles.

Personal Contact (email)

Use this activity to authenticate with a passcode sent to the user's registered email id. The user must use this email address for registration while using the Register workflow. The user can use any personal email address to receive the passcode. For more information, see Resetting Your Password
